Because flutter is built based on the Dart language, you need to learn this language first. Although learning Dart can be challenging for those who have no knowledge in any object-oriented programming language. But if you know Java or python, then learning Dart shouldn’t be difficult because the logic is the same but the synthase is different.

So master Dart first to grasp the fundamentals of programming before you proceed on to learn flutter. Once you are good with Dart learning flutter shouldn’t be difficult. One thing I recommend you master the concept well is flutter statement management.
